At the present time , we only ship to Canada and USA.

How can I place an order:

Please send us an email at PartsNSupply@yahoo.com and we will send you authorization form . We require Selfie with ID and credit card picture to make sure its you who is placing the order.

What is your Returns Policy?

If a product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 3 days of receiving the item. Our policy lasts 30 days. So please return the product within 30 days from the time you ordered. Please send us an email and please make sure to email us a copy of your invoice. Sorry, no refunds.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders for Canada and USA, between 5 to 10 days.

Defective Product?

If a product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 3 days of receiving the item. If the case is deemed valid, Parts N Supply and T.O.M Toronto will cover related costs to deliver a replacement.
